• Title and Legal Checks: Buyers and tenants are strongly urged to conduct independent physical, legal, and financial due diligence. • Delays in project possession by builders.

Never transfer funds online without physically visiting the property and verifying the legal credentials of the person claiming to be the owner or authorized agent.
