As an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have established a strict, multi-tiered grievance redressal system to resolve your concerns regarding listings, users, or platform services.

Level 1: Customer Support (First Point of Contact)

For general queries, technical issues, or to report a suspicious listing, please contact our Customer Support team first. Most issues are resolved at this level within 48 hours.

  • Support Helpline: +91 73660 13888 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon-Sat)
  • Email: [email protected]

Typical Turnaround Time (TAT):

Acknowledgment within 24 hours | Resolution within 3-5 business days.

Level 2: Escalation to Grievance Officer

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, or if you are reporting a serious legal violation (fraud, privacy breach, or intellectual property infringement), you may escalate the matter to our designated Grievance Officer.

Appointed in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
